18-Month Limited Warranty
All JINGLI automotive equipment is covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of shipment.
During the warranty period, if a component fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions, JINGLI will provide replacement parts free of charge. Customers are responsible only for the shipping cost of replacement parts unless otherwise agreed.
In most warranty cases, defective parts do not need to be returned, allowing repairs to be completed quickly and minimizing equipment downtime.
◊Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Product model and serial number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the fault
- Purchase information or order reference
Our service team will evaluate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
◊Replacement Parts
Warranty replacement parts are supplied free of charge for confirmed manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
If replacement parts are required after the warranty expires, JINGLI continues to provide genuine factory spare parts at competitive prices.
◊Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Improper installation or incorrect operation
- Misuse, abuse, overload, or negligence
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- Normal wear and routine maintenance items
- Accidental damage or external impact
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, war, or other force majeure events
- Failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the equipment
◊Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
JINGLI reserves the right to inspect warranty claims before approving replacement parts. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components and does not include labor costs, installation costs, transportation costs, equipment downtime, or any indirect or consequential losses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
